◈ 7-Day Returns — No Questions Asked
If you're not absolutely in love with your piece, return it within 7 days of delivery. We'll process your refund within 5–7 working days.
How to Return

Contact Us
Email hello@slaysly.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Ship It Back
We'll send you a return shipping label. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off with the courier.

Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Original packaging and tags are intact
- Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery date
- Item is not from a sale or promotional event (final sale items are non-returnable)
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events
- Customised or personalised pieces
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items returned after the 7-day window
Exchanges
We don't currently process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different piece, return your original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please email us at hello@slaysly.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll make it right — full replacement or refund, at no extra cost to you.
